To create or review your passcode and update your installer profile (records), you must already be a certified StarBand installer. Once you are a certified StarBand installer simply enter your first name, last name, and certification number in the form on the "home page" of this site and you will be taken to a page that will allow you to create or review your passcode and update your installer profile.
