Installation Training and Certification

StarBand has the capability to track all certification numbers in Consumer VSAT Automated Commissioning System (CVACS). This gives StarBand the ability to record the time an installer is in the CVACS and the amount of time an installer uses the Continuous Wave (CW) for co-polarization and cross-polarization alignment checks

StarBand also tracks and records the installer's certification number associated with a specific customer's account, including installation. Additionally, the total number of installations, dates, and locations are tracked by certification number and recorded in StarBand's enterprise-wide SAP system. This gives StarBand the capability to monitor and control the quality of the installation process by certification number.
