2. How do I access the Point Satellite Dish tool to calculate the Azimuth, Elevation, and Skew values?

The Point Dish tool is available under the "Tools" menu in .zip format but for your convenience you may also download it here. Note: Add two degrees to the elevation value obtained to compensate for inaccuracies in the antenna manufacturing/assembly.
