Installation 20. What is the Installation Process Flow chart and how can it shorten the installation time? The Installation Process Flow chart is a tool to assist you in the successful and timely installation of the StarBand system. It includes recommended activities you may want to perform prior to arriving at the customer's site, as well as onsite installation activities. The process flow is optional and may not be applicable to your specific organization. It is recommended you consult with your specific organization and/or wholesale partner or installation company for further guidance. The process flow is focused on you providing the option to the customer where they can choose to install and configure the StarBand Model 360 satellite modem while you perform the antenna assembly and mounting activities. This option may shorten the amount of time you spend at the customer's location. If the customer chooses to install and configure the modem, ensure the customer has the StarBand Model 360 Installation Quick Start Guide that outlines the specific steps in the installation and configuration of the modem. You will also need to provide the Site Parameters to the customer for modem configuration. The StarBand Model 360 Installation Quick Start Guide manual is available for viewing and downloading below.
